TennisCoaches.Com is committed to protecting the privacy of its “Users” (coaches, teachers, instructors, clients, students, and parents) of TennisCoaches.Com Website, The Platform (“Platform”). Please do not use the Platform if you do not want your data gathered or shared in the manner detailed below.

Information Collected

The Platform collects personal information on clients, students, and parents (“Clients”) to facilitate coach scheduling and lesson payment. This information includes name, resident address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, and credit card information. The Platform uses a 3rd party to collect information and process payments for lessons and other Client purchases on the Platform.

The Platform collects information on Coaches including: name, address, email address, date of birth, username, password, telephone number, bio, photo, weekly availability, and courts and locations.

The Platform will also gather personal information from surveys or promotional responses from Clients and Coaches. This information may be collected from interaction with Clients’ and Coaches’ mobile devices, emails, texts, online forms, or registration materials.  It may also include technical, communication, and marketing related data. 

The Platform collects user site activity information such as IP addresses or pages visited via “cookies” which is a small text file, embedded on user machines with user permission. Users may accept or reject cookies on their browsers. The Platform may collect data to optimize user experiences on the Platform and to provide advertisements that are relevant to user needs.

Primary Uses of Information

  1. To deliver Client and Coach service information such as lessons, special event opportunities, newsletters, special offers and promotions, new Platform services, advertising relevance, and contractual changes.
  2. To complete Client and Coach transactions

Information Sharing

By registering with the Platform, you agree to allow your data to be shared in the manner described below. Please do not use the Platform if you do not want your data shared in this manner.

  1. To fulfill a service, the Platform will share personal information between Clients and Coaches.
  2. Information will be shared via email, text or online form by Client or Coach to fulfill the requirements of a lesson, promotion, special activity, or contest.
  3. To third party marketers, agents, partners, or other unaffiliated parties who offer products or services that may be of interest to Clients and Coaches. They may require name and contact information.
  4. 3rd Party website organizations with website links to the Platform may have different privacy policies, and visitors to those sites should refer to the 3rd party privacy policies.
  5. To service organizations:  to add features, improve Platform performance, provide data analytics, or to improve marketing processes.
  6. To comply with applicable law, legal processes, and governmental requests for information.
  7. Credit card information for 3rd party verification.
  8. To meet requirements of any merger, acquisition, or change of ownership of the Platform.

Additional Privacy Policies

Changes to the privacy policy will be posted on the Platform.

The Platform does not target or collect information on children under the age of 13.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy will be resolved in a court in the State of Texas.

The waiver by either party of a breach or right under this Privacy Policy will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or right. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable. By a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Privacy policy, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
