I am a tennis professional with over two decades of experience as both a competitive player and a coach. I began my tennis career in Argentina as a junior and competitive player, developing a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of high-performance training. My playing background has strongly shaped my coaching philosophy and long-term approach to player development. As a coach, I have worked extensively with junior, high-performance, and tournament-level players, guiding athletes through technical, tactical, physical, and mental development. I am the founder of Academia de Tenis Diego Hatem in San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina, and I currently coach in the Washington D.C.–Maryland–Virginia area in multiple high-level training environments. Several of my players have achieved significant improvements in UTR ratings, national and sectional rankings, and competitive results in USTA and international junior tournaments. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my professionalism, my ability to develop competitive players, and my commitment to long-term athlete growth. My experience includes working alongside professional players, serving as a hitting partner at WTA-level events, and earning the trust of families, clubs, and institutions through consistent results, leadership, and integrity on and off the court.
