Rolando Nieva

Rolando Nieva is an ITF Level III professional tennis coach with more than 30 years of international coaching experience in player initiation, development, and competitive tennis. Originally from Argentina and a naturalized Bolivian, he currently serves as Head Pro at Los Inkas Golf Club in Lima, Peru, bringing decades of coaching, leadership, and player-development experience to the court.

Rolando Nieva has dedicated more than three decades to tennis coaching and player development across multiple countries. His career includes ten years as Head Pro at Club de Tenis Santa Cruz (2005–2015), followed by a decade as Head Pro at Las Palmas Country Club in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (2015–2025).

Since August 2025, Rolando has served as Head Pro at Los Inkas Golf Club in Lima, Peru, where he continues working with players from beginner through advanced and collegiate levels.

Beyond his work on court, Rolando has played an important role in coach education and national team development. He has served as National Training Coordinator for the Bolivian Tennis Federation and as a national tutor for ITF Level 1 and Level 2 coaching courses. His ongoing professional development includes biomechanics, psychology, technique, tactics, nutrition, and physical preparation for tennis.
